It is considered one of the most beautiful Rococo palace in the city. Today's appearance got the 1764th rearrangement of the older house that used to be there. It once was the home of Count Franz Patačića and as such the center of social life in Varazdin. The most notable part of the palace are corner Erker and richly decorated rococo portal.
